The venue is surrounded on two sides by the Negombo lagoon, with mangroves and plenty of wildlife. Just across from the venue is the beach for those who want to take a dip. The venue boasts a dedicated space; spanning across one acre of land with plenty of parking for cars and coaches inside the premises.
The venue can host groups of up to 80 at any given time with a minimum requirement of 10.
